Learn Tips For Prevention and Signs of Stress and Over Training Problems.

1) Don't push too hard-use your head, as well as your muscles to gage your output during your workouts.

2) Set realistic workout goals-doing too much too soon (overtrainig), places too much stress on your body beyond it's natural abilty to recover.

3) Over training causes you to be more susceptible to injuries.

4) Don't train when you are exhausted or under the weather , it will not help you loose weight nor skipping a workout will not cause you to gain weight.

5)Listen to your body. Beaware of the symptoms that may signal overtraining even in early mild forms can be caught early enough and you can fix the problem before it knocks you off your workout course.

6)A very effective way to prevent over training is to over come your lack of flexibility. By being stiff and sore all the time does not allow you to fully recover from your workouts. To enhance your flexibilty is to do stretches in certain order allowing your body to relax and build upon one stretch after another thus relaxing your body in the process.

Another very good way to improve your flexibility is to use the wall. By using different angles and positions against the wall you will be able to enhance your flexibility with very little effort.
