Chariot Stripped (Bonus CD) by DeGraw, Gavin   I got to meet this guy at a show of his and he's really nice, cool and down-to-earth. I love every track on this album; especially track # 3 "Just Friends."

Monkey Business by Black Eyed Peas   Not as good as Elephunk, but still extremely good! Not only is track # 2 good, but # 1 is even better.

Get Lifted by Legend, John   Although the first half of this album is Legend singing about his infidelities, the second half picks up and, overall, it's a great spiritual album (without being TOO spiritual).

Hot Fuss by The Killers   The Killers are one of the best new groups out there right now. Their music sounds like a mix between Psychedelic Furs and very early Duran Duran. I love the new single All These Things That I've Done

The College Dropout by West, Kanye   I wasn't too thrilled with "Late Registration," but this album is spectacular! There's no denying Kanye's talent at rapping and songwriting with this album. It's definitely worth owning!

American Idiot by Green Day   Stephen King was right! This is one of the best recent rock albums! Also, even if you're not into this group all that much, check them out live. They put on one of THE BEST concerts I've ever been to!

Unplugged by Keys, Alicia   I just saw this on MTV and Alicia was phenomenal! I loved the new tracks "Unbreakable" and "Every Little Bit Hurts." This is how real soul music should be!

Elizabethtown by Various Artists   As a writer, sometimes, Cameron Crowe pisses me off 'cause he really is a GREAT writer and his selection of music is even all the more better. Like "Garden State," if you don't have this album, get it

Rockin' the Joint by Aerosmith   For a pretty basic live album, this CD is awesome! Focusing mostly on their older songs, Aerosmith tackles them with all of the energy as they did in the 70s. They STILL got it! Avoid DualDisc format.

Hammersmith Odeon London '75 by Springsteen, Bruce   This is the concert from the 30th anniv. edition of "Born to Run" and the sound is amazing! Every track is amazing! And it really exhibits Bruce and his band's talent in what they do.

The Hip-Hop Violinist by Miri Ben-Ari   Kanye West has many talented musicians (Legend) backing him (it's part of his genius) and here's one with her own album, with a little help from her friends. Standout tracks are 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11.
