I love to cook. I consider cooking an artform. It is my way of creating art work that I can eat. One of my favorite cooking equipment I love to use is the George Foreman Grill 'George Foreman GR10AWHT Champ Grill' . This particular model is perfect for apartment dwellers who lives by him/herself. Another wonderful appliance I love to use is my Cuisinart mini-prep food processor 'Factory-Reconditioned Cuisinart DLC-1FR 21-Ounce Mini-Prep Food Processor, White' . It is perfect for chopping garlic, basil, etc...etc... . I love making roast chicken. Calphalon has a great roasting pan 'Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Collector's Edition 16-1/2-Inch Roasting Pan with Nonstick Rack' to roast a chicken in. Just keep in mind that because the pan is darker, the pan gets hot faster and you don't want to burn the bird (or whatever you are cooking). Sometimes when I want to grill but I have a piece of meat that is too big for my Foreman Grill along with some vegetables, I will turn to my Calphalon grill pan 'Simply Calphalon Nonstick Aluminum Collector's Edition 13-Inch Grill Pan' which is just fabulous. It is easy to clean and it heats up pretty quickly. I think of all the appliances that I do own and use the most is my Salton rice cooker 'Salton RA3 3-Cup Rice Cooker' . It is so quick and efficient. I don't have to worry about boil-overs or the rice burning. I think anyone can cook. It just takes a little motivation and the right equipment. I personally enjoy the effort that takes to come up with my next meal. These items I just listed are a life saver for me.
