Appetite for Destruction by Guns N' Roses   A mix of punk and heavy rock. This album is a definate if you're new to them. Fast rocking songs, with solos, solos, solos! Best track: Welcome to the jungle. Worst track: It's so easy

Dookie by Green Day   Green day's breakthrough. Every sone is fast, punky and fun. Best track: Basket case. Worst track: Chump

American Idiot by Green Day   Their newest album, and one of my favourites. Not very punk, but still good. A mix of slow songs, and fast. Best track: Holiday. Worst track: Extraordinary girl

The Chronicles of Life & Death (Death Art Version) by Good Charlotte   Gc's newest album is amazing. A bit different to their other albums, but still it's better. Dark and interesting. Best song: SOS. worst track: It wasn't enough

Foo Fighters by Foo Fighters   One of my favourite bands, and i  my opinion their best album. Very different kind of rock music. Kinda like the 60s. Best song: I'll stick around. Worst track: Oh, George

The Colour and the Shape by Foo Fighters   Their second album and second best. A bit more punkier and heavier, but catchier and aggresive. Best track: Everlong. Worst track: New way home.

There Is Nothing Left to Lose by Foo Fighters   Similar to "the colour..." but a bit mellower. Their are a lot of rocky songs, with a few soft ballads. Best track: Stacked actors. Worst track: Next year.

One by One by Foo Fighters   My least favourite of their albums, but it is still great. Heavier and darker. Best track: All my life. Worst track: Disenchanted lullaby.

Bleach by Nirvana   Nirvana's debut. Not their best but it's still awesome. Heavy, noisy, yet sometimes tuneful and fun. Best track: Negative creep. Worst track: Sifting.

Nevermind by Nirvana   Their big hit. Less heavy, but catchier, poppier and much easier to listen to. Best track: Lithium. Worst track: Stay away

In Utero by Nirvana   Their third and final album. And their best.  A bit more heavy, angry, and slightly disturbing but a great listen. Best track: Serve the servants. Worst track: Very ape.

Start Something by Lostprophets   Some punk, some metal and some poppy songs. A mix between hard rocking songs, to mellower ones. Best track: Goodbye tonight. Worst track: Sway

Cheshire Cat by blink-182   Slightly underated. The best blink. The production isn't great, but like "Dookie" every song is fast and fun, and a little more punk. Best track: Does my breath smell. Worst track: Just about done.

Dude Ranch by Blink 182   Not the best blink album, but it's still good. Has it's highs and lows. Best track: Dammit. Worst track: I'm sorry

Enema Of The State by Blink 182   Better than "Dude ranch". It's probabaly a pop album, not so punk, but I'd get it if you're new to blink. Best track: Adam's song. Worst track: The party song.
