The product works well. I haven't weighed myself, because I don't track by pounds. I can definitely tell that my clothes fit differently. I will try it again. It has made a difference in controlling my appetite.

Supposedly when you take it 30-60min before meals, your appetite will be suppressed so you will not eat as much. I did not see any difference in my appetite when taking this product. I have been using this product for a few weeks now.

I haven't noticed any reduction in wt with using this product. I only use it an hour before lunch (which is not a big meal for me anyway). I am afraid to use it for my evening meal since it has caffeine.
