I ordered an item from this company. I canceled my order because they said that they do not carry what I ordered. I made the order with one of their representatives on the phone. Why did he not tell me that they didnt have the item? They cant even answer that. The way I was told that the item was not available was by e-mail. They didnt have the courtesy of calling me even. I e-mailed back and said that I wanted to cancel the order. They sent me another e-mail stating that they would provide me with something similar for an additional fee. I said NO! A couple of days later I got a notice from the bank stating that I had an overdraft fee. They had charged the card after I requested them not to. I contacted them to complain and got the run around. I asked for my money back.(Almost $800 + overdraft fees) I have not gotten my money nor this item that they charged me for. I have all the e-mails to show that I did not want to continue with the order and their responses. It clearly shows that I asked them not to charge the card and their responses. They have NEVER called me but only e-mailed. I have called and e-mailed on a daily basis which has gotten me nowhere. Please, please, please do not do business with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
