What type of Real Estate items are there to select from?

Within this category is a wide variety to select from including residential homes, land parcels, commercial property, manufactured housing and time shares.

Can I use the Search Feature to find what I'm looking for?

Yes, you can use various methods:

• Use the standard search box (found at the top right corner of every halfvalue page) to make a search based on key words.  For example, "Texas Home" will bring up a number of items that have Texas land in the title of the listing. Currently 132 items are listed.
• You can also drill down by checking the box to search both title and description under the "Real Estate" Category only.  Currrently  214 items are listed.
• Using the boxs in the column on the left, you can select a specific category such as "Residential Only", then use halfvalue's RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE FINDER to be more specific. For instance, are you looking for a home that is in a specific city, has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and is brand new?

Are there different listing formats?

Yes, there are 2 formats.

• Auction Format
  • Be sure to read the entire listing, as on some you are bidding for purchase price of the house and others you are bidding on the down payment only.
  • The legal transfer of the property still must be resolved through legal entities.
• Classified Ad Format
  • Seller who uses this format is only advertising a property that is up for sale but through conventional methods.
  • When you see a property that is listed with a Classified Ad, you can use the CONTACT SELLER Button

Ok, so, I've found something I'm interested in ... how can I get more info without making that final committment (sight unseen) to purchase this item?

• Auction Format
  • Use the ASK SELLER A QUESTION feature (located on top, right hand side)
• Classified Ad Format
  •  Items listed through a classified ad provide that option - simply press the CONTACT SELLER Button (located at top and bottom of listing)...... This will allow you to fill out a form with your contact information and enable you to start a conversation, request more info, pictures or a walk through.

As a buyer, do I have to pay halfvalue a Commision if I purchase a Real Estate property found on halfvalue?

No, buyer does not pay any commissions to halfvalue.
