If you're new to the world of wholesale DVD movies, what wholesalers offer can seem quite unbelievable. After all, purchasing movies in a store can cost upwards of $25 for a single title, so how can wholesalers sell DVD movie lots for less than $1 per disc? They can do this by purchasing immense quantities of movies from suppliers.

Because wholesalers move huge lots of DVDs, most don't provide a list of what DVDs you will receive in a bulk order. Usually, what they will tell you are the genres of movies that the lot encompasses, along with some of the big-name stars that act in the films. This is a little bit of reassurance that you will be receiving movies that people will actually want to buy, and not a collection of obscure films that you will have no chance of ever selling.

Once you receive a lot of wholesale DVDs, you can do what you want with them. If you're a fan of movies yourself, you may choose to keep a few titles you don't already have in your collection. All of the rest are then ready to resell for a profit online or at a flea market, brand new, and still factory sealed.
