Nokia 6680

There are cell phones, and then there are smartphones. The Nokia 6680 is right at the cutting edge of what cell phones are capable of doing. The 6680 takes everything that Nokia has been good at--great reception, smart design, durable products--and takes it all to the next level.

The Nokia 6680 has two integrated digital cameras (1.3 megapixels in the back and VGA in the front). With these two cameras, it's possible to conduct face-to-face conversations over the phone. This phone also has video sharing capabilities, allowing the user to share and view video clips in the middle of a phone call.

An email client comes pre-loaded on the 6680. This email client has attachment support, with such file extensions as .jpeg, MP3, .ppt, .doc, .xls, and PDF. Multimedia messaging allows the user to send text, video, or audio messages. The phone will automatically resize megapixel images to fit MMS.

If the user is going to use this phone as an office-away-from-the-office, it's compatible with the Nokia Wireless Keyboard (sold separately). Some of the applications that come pre-loaded on the phone include Adobe Acrobat, Info Print, Kodiak Mobile, Photo Editor, Quickoffice document viewers (Quickword, Quickpoint, and Quicksheet, for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents), and more. Interfacing and synchronizing this phone with a home or office PC is easy as well. This can be done by using Bluetooth connectivity or by USB cable. The battery life of the Nokia 6680 allows approximately 2.5 to 6 hours of talk, and up to 11 days of standby time.
