Call of Duty 2 is a widely popular first-person shooter video
game published by Infinity Ward. Activision and a company called
Aspyr also contributed to this game. Call of Duty 2 features a
recapitulation of some story lines from the original Call of
Duty video game. The story lines follow American, British, and
Russian campaigns during World War II. The game can be played
on Mac OS X, Windows, and Xbox 3D platforms, and it is rated T
for Teen according to a national review board. While the game is
a popular first person amusement, it can accommodate multiple
players at once. In order to hook up Call of Duty to your
computer or game box, you need a 1.4 GHz processor, at least 256
megabytes of RAM, and a video card that can mesh well with
superior modern drivers. In addition, the game requires an Intel
Pentium 4 chip at the least.
More than a quarter million Call of Duty 2 games were sold to
consumers during the first week following its launch. The game
has international fans, as well. You can choose from various
international perspectives. Popular characters include Commander
David Welsh of the British forces, Private Vasili Koslov from
the Russian Red Army and Corporal Bill Taylor from the
Americans.
The game is enhanced with over a dozen extra weapons and
interesting vehicles that do not occur in the first Call of Duty
program. Call of Duty 2 holds several tactical surprises and
nuanced graphics--for instance, sun glare can make it difficult
to hit snipers on rooftops.
