Animation DVD

Let's review a few of the most popular animation DVD selections of the past several years. The Looney Tunes Golden Collection, which was released by Warner Bros., contains 56 classic cartoons featuring all of your favorite characters. Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, Porky Pig, and other legendary icons engage in wacky, wonderful fun on this disc. Although the Looney Tunes Golden Collection doesn't include all 1,100-plus cartoons ever made, it is a wonderful sample.

You may also want to check out the Finding Nemo: 2-Disc Collector's Edition. Finding Nemo is a story about a father fish searching for his tiny baby in the ocean. This 2003 release from Disney and Pixar features the voices of Ellen DeGeneres, Brad Garrett, Willem DaFoe, Geoffrey Rush, and more.

Comedy fans can relive their favorite classic animated TV shows, including King of the Hill, The Simpsons, and Family Guy on DVD. The original Family Guy DVD set was so successful that Fox decided to continue the series on TV. Other collections include Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin--The Untold Story and Family Guy--The Freakin' Sweet Collection.

True Simpsons fans might want to invest in "complete season" DVDs. A popular Simpsons DVD collections is the Complete Season 3. This DVD comes with commentaries from the writers and voice actors as well as a number of short pieces. The Simpsons also offers several other DVD collections.
