For those of you interested in buying great Xena DVDs, I recommend 'Hercules & Xena - The Warrior Princess / The Gauntlet / Unchained Heart'. This great DVD set shows Xena's introduction into the Kevin Sorbo Hercules television series, and was shortly spun-off into her own series shortly there after. Although it is lacking in a few features (doesn't have chapter searches to view specific scenes) it does have a very nice, if brief, biography on both Lucy Lawless and Kevin Sorbo. Along with the first three Xena episodes, you can also purchase 'Xena - The Series Finale (The Director's Cut)'. This DVD is loaded with great bonus items such as: 30 minute behind the scenes footage, actor commentary with Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Connor, Photo Gallery and Screen Savers. There are also two more DVDs available: 'Xena Warrior Princess - Girls Just Wanna Have Fun (Interactive DVD)' and 'Xena: Death in Chains'. Although these two DVDs are named after specific episodes of the Xena series, you might be interested to know that they are not the episodes themselves. They are, instead, CGI games you can play on your DVD player in which you can control the outcome of the episode. The graphics are acceptable, though no where near the level of such games as Final Fantasy. Still, they are very fun discs to own and play with. And let's not forget the Hercules and Xena animated adventure 'Hercules & Xena: The Battle For Mount Olympus'. In this adventure, Hercules and Xena must stop the dangerous Titans from taking over Olympus. The stunt women on the Xena series also teamed-up with the stunt women on the Wonder Woman series to make a documentary on the series with interviews by Lucy Lawless and Lynda Carter on 'Double Dare'.
