Hello from Nikki Shakespeare,

I like writing poetry and reading, long walks on the beach, chocolate, white roses and very long showers. I wouldn't mind marrying a rich guy. Doesn't everybody want that? I seriously do like reading, especially mysteries and thrillers and someday I want to write plays, just like the famous guy who had the same last name that I have.

One book that has me burning the midnight oil at least once a year is 'The Testament'. John Grisham is simply the master of suspense. Everything he writes is simply too good for words. I know, because I read them all, again and again. Also have you ever read a book that was so good, that you started it right over again as soon as you finished. Well John Burdett's 'Bangkok Tattoo (Vintage)' was like that for me. I finished around midnight, started it over again and stayed up the rest of the night. Another good book I read recently was written by newcomer Ken Scott and it's called 'Jack of Hearts'. It's a little rough in places, but it's a first book. I think you'll like it, I know I did and I'm eagerly waiting for his next one.

Anyway, I think if you look at my list below, you'll see that there is an chilling and thrilling lot of suspense there, some I've read, some I want to read. I hope you find something you like.
