  • does someone know of any ab machines that really work?

  • I'm trying to find out if it would be worth it to invest in one of those and stick to them religiously to help mark my abdominal area. I think proportionately, I'm okay, but I just need to tone my abs, b/c I can tell they're there but they need to get marked. In other words, I want to know if one of those machines will help me with that. Please tell me your experience with those machines. I am also exercising and eating 5-6 small meals a day including snacks. And drinking lots of water. So please, I just want to hear your story with one of those ab machines. The machine names and prices also.

  • Yes, I know that you must have a healthy diet and full body exercise to become overall fit. But I'm looking for an extra edge.Do any of ab machines work out there, or do traditional crunches yield the same results? And if you can recommend any machines or exercises that seem to work, please do so :)Sorry for being vague. I meant something like the "Ab Lounge" or a machine that involves you doing similar crunch motions, only with supposedly "better" results :)

  • does someone know of any ab machines that really work?

  • i have a ab machine like these twohttp://cgi.ebay.com.au/original-ab-crunc...http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ab-cruncher-cheap...are wondering how good they are?i haven't used it before but am keen to see if it will help tone up the abs.what do you think? is it as good as crunches? by the way. i posted this in diet/fitness too

  • I want to use an ab machine or ab excercising equipment for my house that are easy to use and easy to put away.

  • All of the ab machines that help you to do stomach crunches look like it is so easy & I was wondering if they truly do work.

  • Im turning 15 soon, and I really want to get my muscles and abs better. Are there any machines you know of that can help me get some muscle or to show my abs? - Thanks, and by the way, every day I already do 4 sets of my dumbbell routine, and my 9 minute routine of sit ups ( tons of different ones in there )... - Thanks. Oh and if the machines aren't very expensive and you personally had results with them please tell me. Thanks!

  • I want to work on my abs a little because I've heard that strength for running comes from one's core. Unfortunately, I can't seem to stick with sit ups or anything like that. Do any of those abs machines in stores or on TV actually work? if so which one?

  • In the coming new year i want to stay in shape and have a flat stomach. That is why i am thinking maybe purchase an ab machine from the infomercial that i saw recently on television. I just don't want to be had. Any advice. Please help! Thanks. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

  • I've been going to the gym, doing 20 mins on elliptical, 2 miles on cycling, and I've been doing exercises on the ab machines, my question is -- is is important to keep at cardio and shed the pounds before working on the ab machines ? Or will the ab machines also help shed pounds .. thanks!

  • I want to use an ab machine or ab excercising equipment for my house that are easy to use and easy to put away.

  • In the coming new year i want to stay in shape and have a flat stomach. That is why i am thinking maybe purchase an ab machine from the infomercial that i saw recently on television. I just don't want to be had. Any advice. Please help! Thanks. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

  • I've been going to the gym, doing 20 mins on elliptical, 2 miles on cycling, and I've been doing exercises on the ab machines, my question is -- is is important to keep at cardio and shed the pounds before working on the ab machines ? Or will the ab machines also help shed pounds .. thanks!

  • I want to use an ab machine or ab excercising equipment for my house that are easy to use and easy to put away.

  • All of the ab machines that help you to do stomach crunches look like it is so easy & I was wondering if they truly do work.

  • If i only use the AB machines at the gym will they help me to get ripped AB's, or will they only strengthen my AB's.

  • does someone know of any ab machines that really work?

  • i have a ab machine like these twohttp://cgi.ebay.com.au/original-ab-crunc...http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ab-cruncher-cheap...are wondering how good they are?i haven't used it before but am keen to see if it will help tone up the abs.what do you think? is it as good as crunches? by the way. i posted this in diet/fitness too

  • I've been going to the gym, doing 20 mins on elliptical, 2 miles on cycling, and I've been doing exercises on the ab machines, my question is -- is is important to keep at cardio and shed the pounds before working on the ab machines ? Or will the ab machines also help shed pounds .. thanks!

• All of the ab machines that help you to do stomach crunches look like it is so easy & I was wondering if they truly do work.

  • If i only use the AB machines at the gym will they help me to get ripped AB's, or will they only strengthen my AB's.

Or will the ab machines also help shed pounds .. thanks!
