"METRO PCS SAMSUNG R450 QUSTION?"

I just bought the metro pcs Samsung Messanger (R450) and its all good but i dont know why when im texting usally its one certain person but when i send it will say " Delievery Failed: General Problems" and when i check the messgae status it says "Deilever Failed" Genearl Problems:OthrT.Prbl:39) i guess thats the error code but why does it always do it to dat one person i called my server and they said its good?

Same exact thing is happening to me. On particular people on Particular days. Bro, in the end, I've come to the conclusion after having metro for 5 years, you get what you pay for. If it's not one thing, its another. You don't want to have a million dollar phone bill, metro is the answer. What is the cost? I peice of crap network service provider that barley works and is barley funcional. The samsung tricks us into thinking metro finally got their act together with a good phone, but trust me, the bugs will always be there. Best Network provider? Verizon....also the most pricey. It is what it is...
