This is a great piece to play with. When I got it one was broken that you can't put the control in. But I taped it.

(1 stars) - Broke after a few hours
Of all the wii tennis rackets so far, this one is the most fun. It has a racket with wiring, whereas most of the other racket accessories just have a solid sheet of plastic for a racket. When it worked, this racket was really the way to play tennis games. However, after a few hours of playing, the head of the racket went flying and almost hit my TV. The head piece snapped off the rest of the racket and it is now broken. I probably am a strong and aggressive tennis player, but one would think they'd design these things to be swung at least as hard as a regular tennis racket swing. Hopefully my experience was unique (indeed, my sister's racket didn't break - yet).

Thank goodness Amazon has a great return policy. These are the worst things EVER. I only played ONE GAME and it came flying off, hit a mirror and the other person in the room. I am a female adult. My rating in Wii Sports Tennis is 2019, so I do whack it like Serena! ;-) I just stick to the Wii by itself. The foam ones they make in the kit lasted me one month at least. Not like this one, only ONE GAME!!!!!! It really could've broke something. Do not purchase this if you are any good at this game and put any effort into playing.

Both these tennis racket accessories broke within the first day of normal use; no excess play, no contact with surfaces, just swung and they broke apart. I've called the manufacturer several times and each time the receptionist has switched me to voice mail that never gets a returned call.

The product is not made to withstand normal use and the company does not stand behind their manufacture.

(4 stars) - Nice added deminsion to the wii tennis
Adds a degree of realism to the wii tennis games. The only drawback is having to take the controller out of the tennis racket to select the game and start it. The IR pointer does not work while in the racket.
