I'm no expert by any stretch, never tried the powders as suggested by the previous reviewer. I've never been one who consistently worked out. I have problems with motivation, but about a month ago I started back regularly working out, joined a gym etc. Last week a Guy I work with gave me some "Myoshock" 1 serving is 7 tablets but it reccomends you start out lower and work up. I moved up from taking 2 to taking 3 yesterday and I lifted for 1 hr and 45 minutes straight, and only stopped because I ran out of exercises that I could come up with for the muscle groups I was working. 30 minutes was a good day for me before.

Makes a HUGE difference.

Not a good pre-workout helper. Powders much better, so far like NO best so far! Also tried, superpump 250, it's not as good either but better than these pills!!!!
