Especially if you have kid between ages of 3 and 7 , this would be recomended, instead of purchasing expensive laptop, this laptop is very ideal, since kids break everything after a week, and investing hundreds of Dollars on Electronic would be hard , this beautifull laptop will satisfy every kid , If you didnt like it, put it back in a box and simply ship it back. But note: you are purchasing a laptop for kids by ages of 3-7 and you should not expect to get a multi functional CD burner laptop. This isa toy and is not recommended by Adult.

I wish I had digested the bad reviews and not invested on this costly piece of crap.
I just got blown away for wanting to satisfy my son's craze of laptop's and bought this.
Like in previous reviews, it's too loud, very easily has the potential to pierce a hole in my son's tender ear-drum.
There is only 1 LED on the supposed to be monitor, which I concur with earlier reviews, is only a colorful picture stuck onto a plastic board.
The laptop does not even open more than 90 degrees, considering the fact that this is to be operated by kids, who don't really know that they need to stop opening the laptop, once they hit about 90 degrees.
My son broke it in the first 5 mins, perhaps trying all his might to stop the music, which was blowing away into his ears.
I did not find anything educational in this piece. How can a blinking LED be anything close to educational.
To summarize, if have twenty dollars to throw away, this laptop is still not worth the buy, donate it to some poor kid somewhere.

Good for ages below 7, I really dont recomend it for your teenage :) my 4 yrs old daoughter loved it, she wakes up with this.

Its excatly like the description, It wont burn CDs, Its a Musical Toy, Play songs While there Are lighting in Background, I do not recomend this for ages 7 and up, Its certainly for kids under 7 . I purchased 2 for Christmas gift, But Ended up keeping on for my daughter, she is very happy with it, every morning she opens her laptop and start the morning music and dance with it. I Dont know why people Buy these stuff without reading their description, When the description says its a Chinese item with Non Functional Screen, why would you buy it for you teenage? and tell them you bought DELL laptop for them, thats so funny :D its a cheap toy for kids, instead of buying 50 box Vtech, I rathed get this and let my kid do whatever she wants with it! YES!!!

Exactly what I wanted... my daughter loves my laptop and now she has one of her own!! Looks just like a "mini me" computer. She loves it. Also like the fact that it is light enough for her to carry around.

I bought this on amazon and my kid is so in love with his new toy, well worth the money, It does not function like a real laptop and I Knew it, since it was $20 Only when I bought it, I also bought a Vtech laptop and now comparing side by side, both function the same and have a different prices, their both screen is just a plastic and dont get surprice, you wont be buying SONY LAPTOP :D its a kid laptop, its pretty good if you got no time educating your children, is talks, it has alphabet learning projects and play music, but you certainly cant connect it to your ipod or internet :D Its a beautiful, usefull, bargain toy . I have purchased over 20 toys this year off of amazon and I really liked this toy laptops, they are pretty functional and education for kids. overal very laptop
