it is very easy to assemble, and it use is great, but i found out the hard way you cant really pull it from the sides to move it because it dissasembles from the top bar

This item is difficult to assemble; wheels broke during assembly. Unstable.
Needed to be glued to keep parts together and even then was not stable enough to perform intended function.

(4 stars) - My Honey-Can-Do
This is a great item for me since wheelchair bound, cannot get into closets for shirts and other hanger-type items. Nor reach shoes that used to be lined up under the bed in military fashion.
My Honey solved my problems. I keep her in a convenient kitchen corner location near the laundry hideaway, and easy to reach all my above items.
I put it together myself from my wheelchair, so you know assembly is a snap. However, as a retired engineer I should have added a wooden dowel of the appropriate diameter and length to strengthen the top bar from which clothes hang - (hence take off one star). Which I will do the reinforcing in a future project.
I'm really pleased, though, with my Honey, including shipping received ahead of schedule. She's one of the best usable things for my disability.
