(2 stars) - s-air needs some work
I've owned this product for about 6-months.This thing was a nightmare to set up.I've setup dozens of stereo & audio video systems for friends & family.This thing took over 3 hours on 2 two different nights , until i called tech support on the 3rd night the rear speakers would not pair up.
I just put a new light fixture in the bedroon where this unit is,so the power was off for 45 minutes.No rear speaker connection.Unplugged everything & reset to factory settings,reinstalled the HDMI cable then the air card & it worked.
Will be getting a new piece of furniture for the system in a couple of weeks & will have to do all this again.Sony really needs to work on this problem.

(5 stars) - wireless rear speakers sound solution
I think I found a solution. So far it has worked for me. Instead of wrapping the HDMI with foil, I wrapped the EZWT100 card on the reciever. Cover half of it, just enought to cover it when plugged into the receiver. Also my HDMI cable are free from foil wrapping. The wireless back speakers are roughly 8 ft away and I get crystal clear sound from them.

(5 stars) - Amazing Product!!!
Thought of buying a new home theatre to replace my old onkyo HT, had plans of buying BOSE V20,but saw this HT online and was impressed by the golf speakers , so thought would give it a try. The feedbacks from customers that the rear speakers are not working well (some problem with pairing S- Air) made me think twice but eventually bought this product.
I am not sure whether SONY fixed the pairing issue frequently, but I was able to setup the system in few minutes and is working fine without any issues.


Believe me this sound system rocks!!! Great sound quality (sharp sound quality)...

Recommend this Sound system for anyone who is looking for cute and power packed sound system.

(5 stars) - Amazing home theater sound in small package
I just bought this and was amazed of the great sound quality that comes out of dollar-sized speakers. If I did not have an excellent home theater system already, I would get another one. It's not better than my main system which costs ten times more, but for the money it's hard to beat. It's easy on the eyes. Unless you are a die-hard hi-fi person you will love this. Buy and enjoy!

(4 stars) - Great bedroom system
I was using a first-generation standalone Blu-ray player and relying on my HDTV's built-in speakers. I wanted 1) better sound quality with surround and some bass; 2) better/faster Blu-ray player; and 3) more source capability and flexibility. I needed something that would take up no more space in the bedroom, and not require wires between the front and back of the room.

This system has been a success in all areas. Sound is better than expected given the size, and much, much better than the (pretty good) built-in speakers. No problems hooking up the wireless rear speakers.

The Blu-ray player is way faster to load than the one we were using.

For inputs I have a DVR hooked up via HDMI, added a Sony iPod/iPhone dock, and a digital audio input from an AirPort Express for streaming iTunes. Plus the built in AM/FM tuner and CD playing ability. All easy to set up. Also hooked up Ethernet from the AirPort Express, and updated the firmware, also easy.

For me, this system was just what I needed.
