(5 stars) - One of the best purchases I've ever made!
I bought these shorts about a year ago and completely LOVE them! They support my lower back and lessen hip pain. Originally, I was using them as part of my regime to lose weight. That was spring and early summer of 09'. They really made me sweat when wearing them while working out and when it's cold outside, they keep my muscles warmed up so you an exercise effectively without pulling something. I also wore them to work under my clothes every day. I'd smear on some cellulite cream (I was using Cellulean, which I think is the absolute best) and pull the shorts on over the top of the cream. I honestly think it made the cream penetrate more into the skin because I got amazing results! I had used the cream by itself before and got some results but when I added these shorts, it really sped things up. In June, I got pregnant so I put the shorts away thinking they wouldn't fit when I started getting big. I was wrong! I'm almost 6 months now and these shorts still stretch over my baby bump! For all you girls who are trying to prevent stretch marks (or maybe even heal them) I suspect that these shorts will also cause the stretch mark cream to penetrate the skin deeper! Lately, I've been smearing my anti-stretch mark cream on and pulling these shorts over the top. I wear them all day and when I take them off at the end of the day, my legs, butt and stomach all feel smooth and so far stretch mark free. As an added bonus, I had a raised keloid scar on my stomach from getting a mole removed. After continuous wear of these shorts, the scar feels like it's flattened a little. Don't know if thats directly related to these shorts or not but it's a nice side note. I love these shorts and I love how they make me look after wearing them!

The material feels sturdy. I like the fact that it doesn't require high maintenance to clean. I think this product can be used in biking as well. I've been using it for 3 weeks now in California's weather which is below 75 degree these days, to run for 3-6 miles outside. If you work hard, then you will naturally sweat, but this help a bit. It may help new mothers to shed extra pregnancy pound if they use it daily for 1-2 hours.

it helps you to sweat a lot but don't work to eliminate cellulite. i have been using for about 6 months.

(5 stars) - Take It From A Personal Trainer...These Shorts Are The BEST!!!
As a personal trainer, I am both curious and very critical of new gimmicks and gadgets as it relates to weight loss and fitness. I've tried a lot of different products and believe me when I say that these shorts are the real deal. I started with one pair, and have now bumped up my quantity to 3. I even bought some for my boyfriend who has some issues with his Hamstring. Here's my top 5 reasons for loving Delphin Spa and their Ceramic Anti-Cellulite shorts:

1. Heat and Compression: The shorts have really proven to keep my leg/butt muscles heated and compress. This is an important feature because when muscles are heated, they work more efficiently (that's why we warm up before working out). Compression is key, especially for areas like the Glutes and hamstrings, where muscles tend to be weak and overstretched.

2. Perfect Fit: The shorts have a sleek design that fits my body perfectly. I have a very thin waist, with curvy hips and buttocks. Many times, I have to spend more money to get my pants/shorts tailored so that the clothing does not fit loose at the waist or type at the hips. I did not have to do that with Delphin's shorts and I was thoroughly impressed by that.

3. More Sweat and Water: The shorts do an excellent job at drawing water and sweat from the body, during exercise. Water makes up about 50% of our weight and reducing some of this can help fitness seekers toward their fitness goals. I often have to get a towel to wipe my legs, because they are that wet.

4. Perfect Style: I can either wear the shorts under other shorts or pants, or simply where them on their own.

5. Slimming: I've been testing these shorts for about 3 weeks, and I have witnessed a noticeable difference in the shape of my buttocks and legs. (Please keep in mind that I exercise 2-3 hours a day.)

I hope my perspective can help anyone looking for something to take their weight loss/body-contouring to the next level. I have approached my feedback from not only a personal trainer's point of view, but most importantly a customer's point of view. [...]

These are the best shorts ever! They make me sweat like nothing has before. After wearing them for about a week, I can already see results on my thighs and [...]. I haven't measured myself but I can tell my pants fit much better than before. I also like the feel of wearing them all night long, they are that comfortable. I told my daughter and sister about these pants, now they own a pairs themselves. And every friend of theirs that they about these pants, well, they own pairs also.
