Product Reviews

(5 stars) - Kept me comfortable for a 12 hr flight
I purchased this pillow for an upcoming 12 hour flight in coach class. I have other travel pillows, but none of them are comfortable enough to allow me to lean against them and sleep. This pillow, with it's unique shape stayed in place and didn't slide down over time. On the way over, I used it as the mfg pictures. On the way back, I had a window seat and was able to use the pillow to lean against the window and slept without the pillow moving.

When the flight was over, I simply deflated it, rolled it up and stashed it in my carry-on bag. No need to haul around a bulky pillow.

I highly recommend this pillow. A business class upgrade is better, but when you can't get that, opt for this pillow.

(5 stars) - great travel pillow
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this pillow! I purchased three for a trip across the pond. My mom and hubby couldn't quite get it to work for them, but they were impatient and didn't bother to play with it to see which way it worked for them. For instance, they didn't take the time to attach it and "wear" it. I did, and it is absolutely the next best thing to flying first class. When I wanted to nap, I wore it as described by hooking it around my arms. If you adjust the tension, you could even nap sitting straight up without any support that way because you pull down on the rope with your upper body weight anchoring the pillow to stay in position. I don't know if that makes sense, but it sure does work!! And when I didn't want to nap, I would wear it across my lap and to the side! Very comfortable! I highly recommend this item!!

(5 stars) - Travel Pillow
Worked as advertised. Girlfriend liked it so well I could hardly get it back from her while on our flight to Europe.

(3 stars) - Excellent customer service
My pillow developed a leak after using it on three trips. I notified customer service and they couldn't have been nicer about sending a replacement, only asking me to submerge the pillow in water so that I could tell them where the leak was (it was on one of the seams).

The pillow itself is very difficult to use attached to the seat back: the cord moves around, the entertainment screens interfere with it, it is difficult to change sides, generally a pain. It works much better just attached around your body, and it is easy to change sides using it that way.

I think I like my KomfortKollar a little better. It's good to have two kinds of pillows to change off on long trips.

(1 stars) - Not as advertised.
I recently tried this for a trans-Atlantic flight. It was very uncomfortable, partly because in order to not block the tv screen of the person behind me I couldn't position the cord in the ideal place. I ended up not using. The built in head rest in the seat were more useful.
