(4 stars) - Professional Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner
Besides this being a jewelry and eyeglass cleaner, I ordered it to clean my denture. Many dentists use sonic cleaners for dentures and I wanted to try one for my personal use. It works fantastically! I am a coffee and iced tea drinker, so anyone with dentures knows that stains are difficult to remove. I only use water in the cleaner as I have a regular denture bath for denture tablets, but the sonic waves do a wonderful job of removing the stains that my denture tablets don't remove. Fantasic product for the price. I would recommend it.

I'm very happy with this jewelery cleaner. It works great and the price was right. I use it at least every week and my jewelry has never looked better.

(1 stars) - Barely Cleans; Expensive shipping/return costs;

I bought this item to clean dentures. Even with cleaning powder added and after 3 cycles of 3 mins each, what went in is almost what came out. Unfortunately the shipping and return costs ($8 each) do not allow me to return the item. I do not recommend this product for heavy items.

I bought this on the suggestion from a fountain pen repairman. I much prefer to write with them and I have many. One sat garound too long and would not flow properly. The repairman said it was a cheap pen and his time would cost more than the price of a new pen. But I culd probably fix it myself with an ultrasonic cleaner. I had one many years ago but it went the way of many things with frequent moves. I bought this one. Still have not used to clean the pen. But.

My wife wears a partial dental bridge. She said one shot in the sonic cleaner with plain water and they actually felt better. Her eyeglasses cleaned beautifully, and so did mine, with water and a drop of dish washing detergent. Four stars in stead of five out of hesitation about how long this gadget was going to work. Right now it has only been out the box for two days with no problem.

(5 stars) - I paid $200 for this 4 years ago in the Sharper Image catalog...I still love it though!
When this first came out in the Sharper Image catalog I bought one because, even though my jeweler (a friend) sold other models in the store in which he worked, he said I should buy this one. It's been 4 years now of monthly cleanings of my watches, rings, necklaces, silver, gold, eyeglasses and I'm still "wowed"...even more so that the price is now this cheap!!!

I'm not real easy on my jewelry. A couple times I did housecleaning when I was wearing a John Hardy silver ring which I love but the bleach or cleaner turned it black (yes, I did this TWICE...having not learned my lesson the first time). The first time I was sure I'd ruined the ring for good until I put it through a cycle in this cleaner and SHAZAM! it took it off. Diamonds are amazing after running them through here.

I'm an artist so I wind up with clay and paint in my stones and jewelry. Hence my need for the best cleaner, even when it was priced crazy when it first came out.

I sometimes add jewelry cleaner to the cleaning machine even though you can use straight water. My jeweler also said you can add a tiny bit of ammonia and dishsoap to water and you'll flat out megashine your diamond rings...he was right.

I have no idea why ultrasonic machines "outshine" (I kmow, bad pun) the other jewelry cleaners but this messy jewelry wearer knows there's a big difference.

Glad to see they are cheap now for when I need to replace mine. I keep waiting for it to die as much as I use it.
