This patty maker set not only comes with a great brand name, but is very affordable and works great...making burger patties is easy and you can make them ready for the grill or to freeze for later! Would definitely recommend to others!
 (3 stars) - Slightly disappointed.
I was hoping to be as happy with this product as the other viewers. But alas I'm not. The press itself functions as it should. But one of my issues is I found the size of the patties to be too small. I use 90/10 beef, but even with that they cook down too small. Also, the plastic isn't durable. I dropped a couple containers and pieces of the plastic broke off. I'm a bit disappointed in Cuisinart. I own many of their products, and this is the first that wasn't up to par.
If you like smaller patties, and can guarantee you won't drop them, then this would be a great product for you.
As for me, I'm looking for a bigger, stronger, hamburger press.

This is so handy...I like to know what's in my hamburgers so I tend to make mine like a meatloaf of sorts with added ingredients and it takes me an hour at the most and I can have enough patties to freeze for a few different dinners. It's cheaper than buying store bought patties and is healthier. I add ground turkey to mine, veggies like mushrooms, and oatmeal for binder and the kids never know! I have even made pure ground turkey burgers with some liquid smoke and the kids thought it was hamburger. I completely recommend this product. I have also used it for sausage patties for camping...easy. My hint for you though is to use parchment paper between the patties. MMM, grilled hamburgers sound good for dinner tonight...

I liked the product because I can make a stack of bugers quickly without my hands getting tired or too greasy. I can make more burgers and wrap them in aluminum foil when I don't have enough patty holders. It can save money because if you buy the family sized pack of meat and pressed the patties and freeze them its cheaper than buying the small pack just for today. Plus, when you're short on time you just pull some out of the freezer.

Product works great and as advertised. The only issue is that the burgers LOOK smaller than they actually are when pressed... but off the grill they're nice sized burgers, not to big, not to small. A+
