One should be very careful when using this product. I starting using them for 5 minutes at a time and soon after starting, my left foot started to hurt. I have since discontinued using them. The right foot seems to be okay so I may continuing using on right foot.

I had cramps in my feet for months. Now, I wear these when they start to come back and they really help to get back to normal.

Healthy Toes Toe Stretchers - Small - Clear

My feet are always hurting and I decided to give Healthy Toes Toe Stretchers a shot. My feet feel much better after using the toe stretchers. It can be a bit difficult to put each toe into the stretcher, but once you do, you feel a difference. Put them on, sit down (don't walk around) and relax. Leave them on for awhile and when you remove them, your feet will feel better. Your toes need to stretch out after being cramped in shoes all day. These toe stretchers will make your toes go AHHHHHH! (Women should buy a size small.)

I bought these HealthyToes to avoid paying the hefty $50 for Yoga Toes. My mistake. HealthyToes made my toes numb after less than an hour from wearing them while watching TV. I don't recommend walking around the house in them since the material is not too flexible. Think I'll save up for some Yoga Toes. I'm still going to keep my HealthyToes around, might come in handy as a chew toy.

These toe stretchers were not particularly helpful for me. I have bunions and thought they would help straighten my toes however,I have used them over the course of 3 months (they are really a pain to put on), and have now given them away. Not happy with this purchase because they didn't do what they claimed and they were uncomfortable to wear.
