(5 stars) - Great, other people don't know how to "eject" the drive properly I'm guessing.
I love this usb drive because of it's small size and reliability. I see some posts where the drive stopped working. Well this is a Vista Boost Drive so it is more sensitive than other usb drives and is almost always in use by windows. This means you can't just pull it out, you HAVE to use the "Safely Remove Hardware" feature of windows. Most other drives are not in use as much and can just be pulled out safely (not recommended though). I did buy my drive over a year ago ( still working great and I keep it in my wallet which I sit on daily ) so hopefully it's the same hardware, I don't see why it wouldn't be. Bottom line is if you use this drive correctly it is a great drive.

(1 stars) - Never delivered, Never answered
I had ordered this item a month ago and never received it. Upon complaining to the ChiTek I was asked to contact USPS. USPS asked me to inform the company that if the item is not delivered then the person who is sending the material should complain. Then I asked ChiTek to do their part, which they never did.
I have paid the money and haven't received the item, EVER!

Their customer support sucks.

I've been using one almost daily for six months. I keep it in my billfold - and I have a very small thing billfold (the kind that holds about four credit cards and a drivers license.) I use Synctoy to synch it several times a week to my laptop. I love being able to show up anytime anywhere and have a 3 or 4 gb folder of all my current projects in one place, always there, all the time. The fact it fits invisibly inside even a tiny billfold is a major feature for me.

Do I trust it completely? No - I never have too much too long on there before I synchonize again. So I sleep well.

(4 stars) - Kingmax Superstick - does the job right
I am very pleased with the 4GB Kingmax Superstick. Small as promised. I did run it through washer and dryer (not on purpose). It did come out a winner. No damage to the drive or data.
However, the stick itself is not quite sturdy. The plastic case it came with so flimsy so that it tore off after a couple of weeks of hanging on my key chain (It does not stay on stick). Then after a year, the top portion of the drive with the hole, that was attached to the key chain broke. The drive itself is still functional. But cannot be attached to the key chain. It goes into my wallet.
Recommendation to the manufacturer: Make the case attachable to the key chain and closeable with a lid or cover or flap so that it stays on the drive. Reinforce the attachment of the top portion of the drive with the hole.

When I first got my 8gb SuperMax stick, about the size of a stick of gum, I thought I'd use it for a few weeks, just to see how long it lasted. Six months later, still trying to kill it, but looking forward to buying a 16 or 32gb when it finally does!
