(5 stars) - Great product and really works after having my Craftsmen easy-outs break.
I was tryng to get four very stubborn rusted screws out of my barbecue and nothing would work from pliers, a blowtorch and my prior set of craftsmen easy-outs. I was very disappointed with the craftsmen product when it just snapped with the torque of the wrench. On a whim I tried out these Alden products given the positive Amazon reviews and they worked perfectly. They are very sturdy with a very thick and high quality collar built to withstand a fair amount of torque. Did I mention that it got every screw I needed out? Awesome product.

Works very well! I had two screws get stuck in a window frame. After purchasing a different extractor that failed me, I tried this with great success. Easy to use.

Complete Junk - Broke off in the screw the first one I tried, cut my hand in the process and left the VERY sharp broken piece in the end of the screw! I had to hammer it out with the end of a screwdriver so my kids wouldn't cut themselves on it, destroying the surrounding material in the process! I'd give it zero stars if I could!

I HAD 3 SCREW HEAD BOLT'S I HAD TO REMOVE FROM A SMALL ENGINE. THE GRAB IT TOOL WAS KIND OF SLOW TO DRIL WITH SO I JUST USED A REGULAR DRIL BIT. BUT THE OTHER END OF THE TOOL WORKED GREAT. IT TOOK THE 3 BOLT'S OUT JUST LIKE I SEEN ON THE COMERCIAL. YOU JUST HAVE TO PUSH DOWN ON THE DRILL REALY HARD OR THE BIT WILL SPIN.. BRIAN FROM PHOENIX AZ
