(5 stars) - Loved this stuff
Really stopped my cat from shedding and got rid of the odor. My cat went into hiding when I brought my dog home. I was looking for a new home for him but he looked so bad because he wasn't getting enough attention and petting. This product brought back the shine to his coat, reduced static, made him smell nice, and very significantly reduced his shedding. I had my doubts but this product really surprised me. He is now happily living with my sister-in-law and shedding much less. Now I need to try the shampoo on my dog.

My cat loves water but she doesn't like it to bathe
in it. With this shampoo we get a towel, rub in shampoo
and then we dry off and groom. This is a bedtime ritual.
She must be groomed with her furminator before she
goes to bed.

(2 stars) - Shipping didn't secure product - leaked everywhere
The cats hate the smell of the product, and that probably means they also hate the after taste. The box it was shipped looked terrible, and it came from Amazon! The bottle was badly shrink wrapped, looked like a reused bottle - and so it leaked. The stuff was everywhere and now the shipping receipt is completely illegible.
Would not buy again because of the shipping/handling and the smell for my cats.

The furminator is great. It has helped with the amount of fur in the house.

(4 stars) - Works well with Furminator and smells great
The Furminator brush has been a sanity saver, and this waterless shampoo makes it a great system. Our cats don't particularly like water (not too many do), but we can manage to get the sprayed down and brushed out with this product without too much struggle. Of course this product is water-based, so it isn't really "waterless", but the spray is a pretty fine mist. They still get wet, though.
Our dog is a Boston Terrier and has very short hair, which is prone to getting dry. This shampoo has lots of conditioners in it and her skin and coat look noticeably better after using. I know it says for cats, but it works just as well on her and I can't see any reason not to use it on her.
I haven't noticed any difference in the amount of shedding when we use the shampoo versus not, so that's the only downside.
Did I mention how great it smelled? Very fresh but not overpowering or perfumey.
