 (5 stars) - super-comfy!
I'm very pleased with these running shoes. The delivery was fast, about 5 days, and we live in interior Alaska! The shoes are very comfortable. I wore them on the first day and they felt like I'd worn them many times before. I am not a heavy runner though, so can't be specific about the wear-ability of these ones but I have no complaints so far. I've had them for two months now.

I have used the Adidas Supernovas before, but I really needed a shoe with grip for trails. I took these out this morning for a short 5-mile run this morning and uphill, downhill, and they were really great. The downhill was pretty steep, and I have a heavy step, my feet were not sore AT ALL after the fact. I would rate these a 4.5 because they have great support for both the ankles and the step. I recommend them for anyone. I would only suggest that you use a good pair of socks that are ankle length (vs really short/crew) to avoid the possibily of blisters. I had on a good pair so I didn't get blisters.

Lost my last adidas running shoes (a 07 product) and tried to find a pair that is about the same in case of size fitting, and Supernova Riot turned out to be my only choice on amazon. They fit well, though not as good as the old pair which fit PERFECTLY out of box. This pair wraps my feet pretty tight for some reason. The size is right. Feels better when running.
(4 stars) - Good shoes, minor concerns...
As the other two reviewers mentioned, those shoes are light , comfortable, and stay well adjusted around your feet. However, there are some negatives as well:
- my toes become numb really quickly when wearing those
- if I must come to a really rapid stop, my feet (particularly toes) might just "crash" in the front of the shoe. Painful!
If none of the above is a concern to you, those shoes are really a great buy.

These running shoes are comfortable, super light-weight and true to size. The laces stay tied and the traction is outstanding! I would definately recommend these to any outdoor runner looking for good traction and stability.
