Product Reviews (5 stars) - My Favorite exercise DVD This is a great dvd, there are 3 levels and I alternate between each level depending on how I am feeling that day. I've been doing this one about 3 months and I still sweat no matter which level I choose to do. I like this because she incorporates cardio and strength in about 20 minutes and at the end you feel like you got a great workout in. I alternate between about 6 dvds and this one will definitely stay in my rotation.

i cant wait to look hot by the pool and with this tough dvd and a decent diet i know i can get there
(4 stars) - 20 Minutes is enough for me I'm just getting back into working out after taking several years off after a myriad of health issues and having children. This is a great a simple workout. If you could pass gym class in high school then this is a great workout. Three different level works of basic/classic exercises. Make sure you have two small hand weights for this one.
(4 stars) - WOW! I have been very athletic my whole life but am easily bored by time in the gym (probably why I was always more of a team sport type of gal). I've stuck with this workout because it is high energy and goes by so fast that I don't mind popping it in every day. I've noticed a big difference in my legs and abs and can't wait to see what it does for my performance this ski season!
(5 stars) - Get ready to get your butt kicked After reading all of the reviews on Amazon, I was skeptical. How hard could a 20 minute workout REALLY be?! I am 26 and pretty active - an hour on the elliptical several times a week, yoga, kickboxing, etc. I popped in the DVD with plenty of cocky 26-yr old attitude, confident that this would be a piece of cake. After the first circuit, I was a little wobbly in the legs. By the end of the video, I could barely walk from my living room to the bathroom to take a shower. I was soaked in sweat and completely spent. I had to take several "days off" since my leg muscles were so sore. It is an AMAZING workout. Tough, for sure, but as Jillian herself says, if you want to only work out for 20 minutes a day, you have to make it count.
