 (2 stars) - Questionable efficacy
I started taking atrophex 5 days ago in combination with a 1250 calorie per day diet, which is not unusual for me. I began as directed with one pill 2x per day and was expecting at least a mild stimulant effect but did not notice any change in energy levels at all. I increased my dose to 2 pills 2x per day and noticed a mild diuretic effect; although I do drink water constantly. But still no increase in energy levels. I am a competitive triathlete of normal weight and body fat percentage. I swim, bike, run or lift weights 6 days a week and I usually have ample energy to do so but since taking atrophex I've been unusually run-down, exhausted, weak and mentally spaced out. In the past week I've barely been able to complete a weight session without feeling like I was ready to collapse. I'm not sure if I should increase the dosage to 3 pills 2x/day, it seems a bit excessive especially since I've been feeling increasingly weak and tired since I started. Other than the diuretic effect, I feel a little bit slimmer and a tad bit more focused (but at the expense of my usual bubbly and energetic self.) Overall, I've had a decrease in energy, decrease in workout results / strength, decrease in alertness. Its not exactly what I was hoping for but I'll stick with it another week or so and see if things look up. 2 stars for now.

Initially the product seemed to be curbing my appetite, but eventually the effects tapered off and I was having a hard time falling asleep every night. I would not recommend this product for that reason.

been feeling lethargic lately....got a free sample of this in syntha-6....
took 1 capsule on an empty stomache this morning, that was a few hours ago. been having trouble with energy lifting lately....but today i had to force myself to stop, all i wanted to do was up the weight and lift lift lift lift lift lift lift lift lift lift....
obviously, as i've only taken 1 capsule so far...i can't speak for long-term. i have no clue if it will help burn fat or anything like that. i just needed some for focus and energy and 'pick-me-up' in the gym for my workouts...this works like crazy.
don't take more than one capsule your first time...i'm no stranger to caffeine or other stimulants and i'm currently bouncing off the freaking walls hours later after 1 pill. disclaimer, i also took 3 scoops of No-xplode this morning as well...but i've been taking that for about 2 months and the effects are not nearly as much as they used to be from it anymore...so i can safely say my spun-out brain and body is a direct result of the atro-phex.
not a bad thing....exactly what i was looking for. this is a powerful product that's for sure. take it slow at first IMHO
(5 stars) - Solid Product, I recommend
I'm a runner and a martial artist who usually sticks with herbal and organic supplements, but something about this stuff (combined with this stupid beerbelly I couldn't get rid of) made me want to try it. I was very skeptical about the mood and focus enhancing effects the packaging purported, but I must say, the product delivered. I take the novice dosage and I have seen great results both in my physique and my mental state. Seriously! The only problem, and it was a minor one, was that when I first started taking it, I had kind of a rough time getting to sleep, but once I figured out when to take it (before breakfast, before lunch) i really was pleased. Drink water and experiment with a low dosage first, then move up if you think you need to. It took about 7 days for me to start noticing the fat loss, but its really been helping me get leaner.

When I First Tried This I Stuck To The Pill Rule That Was Given. My Heart Started Racing After A Moment Of Me Taking One Pill & The Headaches Started. I Felt Horrible. There Was Mostly Likely More Caffeine Then I Could Handle. I Can't Really Say How The Product Would Have Worked For Me If These Issues Had Not Occurred But I Can Stay After You Take The Pill You Become Very Warm. Will I Did Im Not Sure If I Was The Fat Burners Coming Into Play Or What But It Wasn't For Me.
