About Coleman
More than 100 years ago, a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit and a better idea began manufacturing lanterns in Wichita, Kansas. His name was W.C. Coleman, and the company he founded would change life in America. A man plagued with such poor vision he sometimes had to ask classmates to read aloud to him, Coleman saw a brilliant light in 1900 in a drugstore window that stopped him in his tracks. He inquired about the light inside and discovered he was able to read even the small print on a medicine bottle by the illumination. The lamps had mantles, not wicks, and were fueled by gasoline under pressure instead of coal oil. Soon afterward, Coleman started a lighting service that offered a "no light, no pay" clause--a big step forward for merchants who were burned by inferior products that rarely worked--and drew substantial interest from businesses that wanted to keep their lights on after dark.

In the ensuing years, Coleman expanded its product line well beyond lanterns. The company's current catalog is thick with products that make spending time outdoors a pleasure. There are coolers that keep food and drinks cold for days on end, comfortable airbeds that won't deflate during the night, a complete line of LED lights that last for years, powerful portable grills that cook with an authentic open-grill flame, and much, much more. Coleman has truly fashioned much of our outdoor camping experience, and expects to do so for generations to come.

(5 stars) - Colman Full Sized Air Mattress
This is a replacement for a twin size that failed on the second camping trip. It is very easy to use and store away also it is very comfortable even for two adults of average size. I look forward to many more trips with this matress and many more comfortable nights of sleep in the tent while on a glorious camping trip.

(1 stars) - Bad choice.
The first Coleman full size air mattress with wrap and roll storage leaked from the first day I had it. The leak(s) continued to get worse by the day. A full oval panel blew out near the foot of the mattress after less than two weeks and the mattress went flat in less than 30 seconds. I bought another similar Coleman full size air mattress (it came in gray instead of tan like the first one). It lasted about three weeks then started to leak. I used "Shoe Goo" to try to stop the leak (with some success). The leak(s) continued partially because "Shoe Goo" doesn't stick very well to the vinyl material the mattress is made from. I finally got tired of waking up "tacoed" by the leaky air mattress and bought a 4" thick memory foam mattress pad with zippered cloth cover from Wal-Mart. It doesn't go flat, ever. The end.

I ordered a full size Coleman air bed to use in our minivan. Since our seats fold down it fit perfectly and we find it comfortable for camping. Coleman 4-in-1 Quickbedg. The price was reasonable and the product arrived promptly. The mattress is easy to fold up and makes a compact roll.

(4 stars) - Great bed.. but but the one with the pump
This is a great bed.. but the only problem is pumping it. Buy the bed with the pump its worth the extra 18 bucks.

(4 stars) - Comfortable Bed
We got two of these beds for a camping trip this summer. The beds were easy to set up and then store afterward. We were very comfortable on the beds for 4 nights straight. One item of note, do yourself a favor and buy the Coleman Quick Pump as it made the inflation of the bed so much easier.
