Been wearing this belt to the gym every time I do cardio. It really makes you sweat around the mid-section. My pants have been fitting a little better around the waist though I haven't actually taken any measurements.

El material de la faja es excelente, sin embargo es bastante más angosta de lo que supuse. Calienta bien la zona abdominal.
Excellent material, but narrower than I expected. Heats the abdominal zone up very fast.

I just received this item today and I it feels cool and is very easy to sit down in. It doesn't bend weird or anything just feels as natural as skin. The only two things I don't like about it are that it comes too high up on my waist (I'm 5'2") and it does show through clothing contrary to what other reviewers said. It's a cool product though overall and I hope it works out for me.

the danskin waist trimmer is not very wide or very long. it easily fits. easy to put on. very comfortable. makes your whole body warm up. have not used it long enough to see any results yet. maybe i need to wear it more often.

great product. I'm size 6 so it works perfect for my waist. I'm thinking to get another soon.
