(3 stars) - Compact, portable, realistic
My 5 year old loves this, he uses it to play many scenarios with his cars, planes, etc. Little overpriced for what you get but it takes virtually no space. Finding the other scenes they advertise on the box, at a decent price, has been difficult. Would buy again.

(2 stars) - Cheap material
Made of thin lightweight felt with no backing. Looks like you could pull it apart with your hands. It's a "cloth", not a "mat".
