I was skeptical at first but after a few weeks using it, i am very pleased at the results so far. In addition to losing weight, McDavid waist trimmer also gives me much needed support when doing my heavy gym workouts.

I absolutely love this product. It stretches to whatever size fit I need
and the best part.....it stays in place!! I do NOT have to keep adjusting it.
Once I place it in a comfy position...it remains there until i am ready to remove it.
i lOVE the width and overall feel. I have been wearing this at work (for about
a week now) and boy do I sweat underneath it. My skin and shirts get pretty wet.
I can see results from wearing this item. No major weight loss from the ab area...
not that I was expecting that from just wearing it on my ("sit down")job.
I plan on working out with it....hopefully I will see more results.
I recommend this item to all. I am glad that I found this brand. I am going to order
a few more. I would hate to have something happen to this one and not be able to
replace it. I have tried a few of these waist trimmers and this one by far is the best!!!

I have a 36-38" waist, I ordered a the McDavid Waist Trimmer and this is absolutely perfect. The velcro really holds and I highly recommend this product.

If used for 8 hours a day for an extended period of time, it works. It is a lot of work but if you cant say no to those cookies, try it. It makes your middle sweat though, so you'll HAVE to take a shower afterwards.

My husband ordered this belt for himself. His waist size is only 34". I thought we BOTH can use it. I tried it on and it fits me only. It is not a belt for men. My waist size is only 30". I have to buy another one for my husband. Anyway, the backing material is not durable enough. It is just a kind of cheap plastic backing.
