I love these pillows. I'm not sure if it's because of the horrible pillows I was currently sleeping on, but I feel these are the most comfortable pillows that I have ever owned.

(5 stars) - Very Lofty pillows!
Unlike some of the other reviewers, these pillows are more than just polyester stuffed! There is something else in them that makes them WAY more lofty than conventional pillows. You literally have to stuff them into the pillow cases. They don't loose their shape either. I would highly recommend them!

I ordered two for myself and found my dogs loved how soft they were, so I ordered 4 more just for them. Great pillows for people and animals!

(1 stars) - Terrible neck pain
These pillows are only soft to the touch when you hold them in your hands. When you try to sleep on them, they compress at a strange angle and they have a tendency to slide away from my head. The gel is burried deep in the middle of the pillow and the surrounding stuffing compresses completely. The result is a very thin hard pillow against the head with no firmess or ability to hold shape. Using this pillow, I wake up with terrible neck pain every morning. To prevent the sliding, I have taken to turning mine sideways and using my shoulders to pin down the pillow somewhat. This also allows more of my head to rest in the center of the pillow where the gel is, as most of the pillow is simply low quality stuffing. It is an awkward position and I am replacing these pillows.

These pillows are of good quality and priced just about right. The firmness is a bit less than expected. They do not support they way I thought they would.
