What a refreshing experience...I received my charger within a few days but it was defective. I contacted seller via email detailing problem and order info - New Working Charger in hand 2 days later! I didn't have to return anything or pay anything extra. I Highly recommend!

New product that does the job.

Only difference is that the one I got was actually grey, not black (that's the only reason it got 4 out of 5 stars). And being so, the model number was slightly different to reflect the color.
