Elegant Design. Easy to set up, all hardware for assembly and instructions included. Blocks up to 90% of the sunīs UV rays this canopy will keep you cool and comfortable. Ideal for commercial or recreational use - parties, weddings, flea markets, etc. Can be erected on hard surfaces such as decks, driveways, etc. Walls attach with Velcro fasteners for easily assembly/ removal. Sidewalls are easily removed for open air exhibits or outdoor events with overhead protection. Four sidewalls with large pane windows for maximum light and viewing. 2 solid end walls with Velcro attachments. Comes with ropes and stakes for added stability. Color is all white. Brand New. Because we cannot be there to set this up for you, and we have no control over your local weather, wind, or soil conditions, it is ultimately up to you to determine if your assembly and anchoring of this canopy is sufficient. Set up is easiest when you have at least 4 people to assist with assembly. We are not responsible for damage to the unit sustained while erected in winds more than 10 MPH or other adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow, etc. Please note as with all products of this type it is not recommended to be left up in the wind. We advise customers NEVER to leave them up overnight, particularly with the roof and side panels on when gust of winds can damage them. We cannot be responsible for such damage . I purchased two of these tents for my tent rental business. I figured for the price I'd try it out. I set one of them up and was very disappointed. The poles connected very poorly together and most will pull out of the plastic fittings. Plastic fittings. You read that right. I had to duct tape the poles together just to keep them from pulling apart. Three pole segments connected together equaled about a 3" sag in the middle of a 10' run. The description states heavy duty powder coated poles but they are ANYTHING but that. If you accidentally step on one on the ground you crush it. The tent is a toy. Wait till you see the stakes and rope they send with it to tie it down. Dental floss and 6 finish nails bent over on a 90. Pathetic. Luckily I was able to sell the unopened one locally at a slight loss. I simply couldn't rent these out to anyone. They WILL collapse, probably even if a bird lands on it. For comparison I pushed on the tent once set up with my pinky and sadly it swayed liked sheets in the wind. Unless you plan on using this tent on a VERY calm day and only expect one use out of it don't pull the trigger. Buyer beware!

Apparently the very last line of the product description is one that should be listed first -- all sales final.
When this tent arrived, it was the poorest quality and most flimsy tent I have ever seen. Even when wanting to return it for a better model, I'm stuck with it.
BUYER BEWARE ON THIS ITEM!
If only I had read the last line of the description and the bad product reviews, I would not be out money on this. I certainly won't order another product through this manufacturer, either!

Do not waste your money purchasing this tent. Is is cheap and not worth the money spent. It was put up and 15 minutes later it was down on the ground all bent up. I threw it in the trash.

For the price this canopy/party tent delivered as described. It arrived on the date promised and we had no problems with any of the several we ordered. All parts were in the boxes and they arrived in good shape. These were used by a non-profit for our "Patriot Freedom Festival" and we will be able to put them to good use year after year!

First off: I ordered directly from the company on a Wednesday and received the item the very next day. Perhaps because the company and I live in So Cal. but I am very pleased with how courteous the rep on the phone was and more-so how quickly the item got delivered.
Secondly: Assembly was a breeze. Had three adults helping and took only a half hour to put completely together. We did reinforce some of the poles that didn't click in place with heavy duty tape. We also tied block cylinders to the bottom of all six poles, because why wouldn't you if there is any kind of breeze?!
Thirdly: In this hot weather, the tarp was great with blocking out the sun's UV rays and kept us cool and comfortable.
Fourth: I decided to buy the canopy after calling local rental companies who would rent out the same canopy for anywhere between $150 -$300 for ONE day and decided it would be more economical and convenient to own our own! And at $79.99 plus shipping, it was a bargain!
All in all, I was little hesitant after reading all the negative reviews on here, but figured that the only reason why people would leave such bad reviews was because of the lack of proper assembly. So I took a chance and am so happy I did.
