Not very easy to adjust to the right size but can be done. Not sure what I will ever do with all the different heads it comes with. The latch on the box was quite cheap and has already broken.

ITEM WAS ORIGINALLY DELIVERED DAMAGED - BROKEN WOODEN STORAGE BOX WITH MISSING SIDE AND MISSING TOOLS. CONTACTED SUPPLIER AND PROBLEM RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. RECEIVED NEW ITEM PLUS INSTRUCTION SHEET WHICH WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH ORIGINAL ORDER. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This item did everything I hoped it would. Nice case, comes with easy to switch out tips. . . did the job. Great deal for $6

This watch tool is great for the money - The interchangeable bits are nice and it fits the case back securely. Not much more to say really.

My only complaint is that the thumb adjuster on the handle for the 3rd pin has virtually no tension on it, so you have to keep pressure on it as you operate the tool. This also causes the tool to go out of adjustment easily. Can't really knock it though due to the price!

I thought this tool would be like the type my favorite watch repair shop uses to open the backs of watches. It isn't. Its a flimsy object that doesn't work.

...and the seller know it - I complained about the product and asked for a refund. The seller refunded me in full, and told me not to return the tool.
