I have been using this product for at least 8 years if not longer. It an excellent addition to vacumn and mopping the tile floors. I have alot of tile and it can wear you out cleaning it.
This little machine is a help for those in between times.

(5 stars) - Robomaid is fun for the whole family - and works too!
My toddler loves chasing this around the kitchen...the dog loves playing with it...and frankly, I love watching it! Does it vacuum? No! Where does it say it vacuums? I see one reviewer is mad that it didn't pick things up. Its like a sweeper and thats what it does. It is great to run once a week in between regular floor cleanings. If you get dust bunnies from it, then that means your house is in dire need of a good vacuuming. Go get a Hoover or Bissell! Like the other reviewer noted, this is great at picking up dog/human hair and will always amaze you with what ends up on the bottom of it...no matter how clean you think your floor is. I highly recommend this unit and the price is right!

PROS:
Ordered both the refills and the RoboMaid at the same time and received the refills 1st !

CONS:
They're plain simple pieces of felt that pick up dust and hairs from smooth floors. Does not pick up anything remotely 'solid' and sometimes leaves built-up dust balls around the room.

Robomaid and the refills are great. It's so easy to attach a new one and just toss the old one in the trash. They pick up dust and hair and small particles. Great for hardwood! My house is dusty and I use mine to keep my wood floors looking great!
