(4 stars) - Inexpensive solid fire proof file cabinet - not a "safe".
I bought this one over the others because of price and the fact it allows for regular file folders to stand upright. For those purposes it works great. The "safe" part isn't very secure, but any safe this small isn't going to provide much theft protection (someone could just carry the whole safe off). This Honeywell 2037 file cabinet feels very solid and, despite the other comments, was very well wrapped and shipped without any issues to me. I currently have 25 file folders in it and could easily fit 10 more. It's a nice product!

Third time using key in lock, lock just fell out. Honeywell is sending new lock assembly but I suggest getting a box with a combination. Then you do not have this issue or have to keep keys. I wish I had thought about this first. Is very heavy and would probably keep things safe...but lock assembly is cheaply made...disappointed in comparison to rest of Honeywell products.

This product came very quickly, and is everything the description said it was and will work great. Although I didnt pay enough attention to the description but if I had I would have gotten a safe with a handle. Thats the only thing that could have made this product better.

(1 stars) - Latch fell off when I opened the box
It looks like it could be a decent product, but when I removed it from the shipping box the bottom part of the latch just came off the body (exposing the insulation inside). I returned it.

(5 stars) - Excellent fireproof and waterproof storage
This product is fantastic. Holds key items such as paperwork and files safe from fire and water damage. It is solid and sturdy. Arrived in the proposed amount of time and is exactly what I expected.
