Good product, helps to create a sweat during a workout. However, neoprene smell is really strong even after hand washing. Still a good value.

Too loose... Thought it will be thigher. Make me sweat, but keeps going up while exercising. Look bulky under clothes particularly the front zipper...

A total waste of money. The slimmer belt does not offer any support. It stretches out of shape and came apart at the seams after one wash. Total ripoff

I had an hysterectomy done about three weeks ago. I wear this belt occasionally and when I need to walk around the house. It helps to hold my belly, it makes me feel more comfortable and the pain does not come back that soon. I think it is because I do not have to use my abdominal muscles. I never wore it for more than 10 minutes or so, but just enough to help me to be around as I needed it. It worked for me.
As far as loosing weight or fat around belly, I did not buy for that purpose so I can't say. It is sweaty though; I am sure if you work out for 20 or 30 minutes with it around, you should get some results. I will try it as soon as I get back to the gym.

this crap doesnt work!!! save your damnn money..The zipper broke after 2 uses...cheap and useless
