I got this telescope for my granddaughter who made a special request for one. Because of her young age, I got her this model, which is recommended for young children. However, it is only a toy. You can't really see anything clearly through the viewfinder. Very disappointing. I will buy a different model to give to her so her enthusiasm won't be spoiled by frustration.Safari LTD Telescope

I bought this for my 4-year-old daughter, thinking it would be a great companion to her Dora entertainment. The problem is that you can't see a thing with this. The view is very blurry and it is not durable. Within a few days, the smaller lens came loose and it is now shaking around inside the telescope. What a disappointment!

My son loves things that telescope, so right now he is just thrilled by it opening and closing(he is 2 years old after all) but whne he finds things look bigger, i can see it taking off. also,curious george uses a telescope in one of the books, and kostya loves anything curious george does.

The quality of this product is terrible. Bought for my 3yr old seeking Diego adventures and you can not see anything out of the lense! Would not recommend, especially when shipping is half the cost of the product, its not worth it.

My son likes to pretend he is Diego with this Spotting Scope. Its cute, but it really does not function well to see distances. It works fine for his imagionation.
