This product works well, but is larger and heavier than one we had previously. This makes it a bit more cumbersome.

This is THE BEST product ever. It fits into my hand perfectly, I have Cerebral Palsy and have a service dog, this is perfect.

Welve enjoyed the BoB leashes for a few years now. Our 21 lb Scottie can pull like crazy when she gets interested in something and we have worn out three of these leashes in the past 5 years...not too bad for multiple walks every day over that time. BoB replaced one leash under warranty and included extra bags in the exchange...good customer service. Just about any similar bag will fit the holder...we look for the BoB bags on sale and try others from time to time...black bags are perhaps the most 'discreet' but some folks opt for colorful bags. If your dog is a 'puller' or just strong, I would recommend stepping up one weight 'classification' rating for the leash...the larger one fits my rather large hands better than the leash rated for our dog's weight...no real downside to stepping up(other than the larger size of the handle,reel).
It's nice to let 'Katie' have a little 'free rein' with the 16' cord...easier than trying to keep up with a fixed length leash when she wants to explore...no leash dragging on the ground. The 'brake' can set the leash length if you want to stop before the 16' runs out...quite thoughtful in design.
Might be a good gift for that neighbor who 'forgets' to bring bags on the walk around the block...always good to pick up after your pet!

We travel in a motorhome with our two dogs. With the bags on board, we are always prepared to take care of unwanted deposits. The auto wind leash and lock have worked great for our two dogs, easy to hold, operate, and sturdy.

Great leashes while the last! Had mine for 2 years before it finally gave in...but it was my fault! I took it to the beach and sand built up eventually causing an interior plastic part to break.
