Easy to program, easy to find and push the button, good clip, good range, and it's cheaper than the competition. Looked at several retail stores and was disappointed to see the prices for universal remotes were $35 minimum. When I bought my new house, the garage only came with one remote...so I searched for the same remote on Amazon and now have two.
(5 stars) - Excellent Replacement for an "Overhead Garage Door" remote control!!!
My "Overhead Guarage Door" remote control finally died. Upon calling the company I was informed that the automatic wireless "clicker" would cost over $100 to replace. Fortunately, I am a "gadget shopper" and began searching the Internet for a "Third-Party" replacement and wouldn't you know it the "Genie GIT-1BL One-Button Remote Control with Intellicode" by Geni matched my old "Overhead Garage Door" one-Button Remote Control perfectly. All I had to do was go through the "Three-Step" set-up to match my opener's "Secret Code" and everything worked perfectly! That was almost a month ago now and the Geni Remote Control has not failed to function and even has a much better "Signal Range" compared to the OEM Remote Control that came with the guarage door and automatic opener! I will probably order a second remote as a back-up just in case the other OEM remote fails. I give this 5 Stars for reasonable price, seamless functionality, ease of set-up and providing a somehat better signal range.

This controller is very easy to program, and works perfect. Strong signal means you don't have to be right in front of the garage.

This is a "factory replacement remote" that works. Day to day use of this product means that it has to be dependable and it is. My wife is a happy camper and that makes me smile.
