(2 stars) - Second hand stopped working after 2 months
The product worked very well for the first 2 months, but then suddenly the second hand stopped working and it didn't reset its time to daylight savings time as advertised, even with the clock near a window and new batteries installed.

Unfortunately, you can't set the time on this unit manually, so if it does not update automatically, you pretty much have just a non-functional "wall decoration".

This Clock was DOA from the vendor. After about 2 weeks of going back forth with LaCrosse tech support they issued a call tag to return the clock. I have received notice that they have shipped a clock back to me. In the past these clock have been good clocks. I have a number of them though out the company. Just one of those things. I will continue to purchase them when needed.

Work great for first few weeks and then the second hand froze even though clock kept perfect time. Have returned and am waiting for a replacement that is delayed because of lack of stock.

It look nice and is a hefty size. I love it but the second hand does not move.

(5 stars) - No More Adjusting the Manual Clock!
I placed this clock in the Main Conference room in our office. As many organizations our PC Clocks syncronize, but do not match the phone system clock; let alone everyone's different mobile carrier clocks and often the conference room clock was different as well. In an effort to have a 'tie breaker' we now leverage this very accurate clock on the wall to start and end meetings.
