(2 stars) - Gel Toe Spacers move
The Gel spacers feel great, but do not stay in place very well: They may be good if your toes are really tight, but I had to strap mine inplace with tape: which kind of defeated the purpose of buying them in the first place.

(1 stars) - One size does not fit all
The spacers are too large for a small foot. It's easier just to place cotton or kleenex between the toes. more comfortable and works better than the waste of money on these.

(5 stars) - Help with walking without pain.
I just was diagnosed with bunions, a very sharp jab of pain just at the base of my large toe. I remember grandmother complaining about her bunions and how uncomfortable it was to have surgery. Besides the pain of the surgery she also found that she had to be off her feet for a number of weeks. I want to avoid surgery and figured there must be something out there that can help.

I wear these gel spacers every day; walking to work, exercising and walking my dogs. I don't know if these will be the long term solution, but they sure are really helping me now live an active life without surgery.

I use these nearly every day since I received them. I only wish they had some with somewhat wider spacing. These are effective and extremely comfortable.
