the product is what I ordered but when I ordered other things with Amazon that amounted over 25.00 I thought I would get free shipping, but I guess this was not included and got ripped off by having the company charging me a huge amount for shipping this small little item, I would not have ordered it in the beginning if I could have found some refills locally, so watch out for the shipping charge and don't be stupid like me.

Can't find these particular pen refills in ANY retail store and only a few places online. This merchant's service was best price and fantastic on how quickly the refills were delivered.
