Product Reviews

(5 stars) - easy assembly; great little machine
Product arrived fast from Amazon. Assembly was easy. Great exercise machine. Go and buy! I got it for $109.99 so the present price is a steal at $82.00.

(3 stars) - The basic bare-bones Gazelle
I bought this Gazelle 4 years ago and used it about 6 months before I became very bored with it. Let's just say that using this model Gazelle, since it has no resistance, is better than doing nothing at all. Better than sitting on the couch and trying to burn calories by punching the buttons on the remote control.

It's kind of fun - you feel a little like you are floating and weightless when on it, but it soon gets boring. I would use mine while watching some of my favorite shows on TV. The stretch it gives you feels good, and depending on what you put into it, for example, leaning more on your arms while pumping, you may build a little muscle, but as far as burning enough calories to lose weight, I just don't think this machine cuts it.

Luckily, I was able to get rid of this by selling locally on eBay. And I was able to purchase this instead: Schwinn 230 Recumbent Exercise Bike which I really love and use almost every night - and have been for almost 2 years.

(3 stars) - Gazelle Edge
Its ok. It seems shaky at times and I'm only 115 lbs. If you are a runner like I am, in no way does it simulate running or anything like it. It takes about 20 minutes to get my heart rate high at all. It seems like it will be a good machine for toning my arms, butt and legs but that is about it. My husband however likes it, he is around 215 lbs and breaks a sweat almost immediately. So it seems for people who are already in shape at an average weight for their height and age the Gazelle doesn't seem to do much- but TONE. But if you are heavier and do not excercise regulary the Gazelle is a nice start to that.

(2 stars) - Absolutely no Resistance!!!
Okay, Im actually one of the people who read the reviews before purchasing. Although there were neg, there were more positive so I went on and bought it. however, I wish I could get my money back. This thing makes you feel like you are gliding on air. I didnt even sweat until like 20 minutes in and it was only a couple of beads of sweating? UGH, I am like a moderate workout person and since having a baby 10 weeks ago, I needed something to help shed the pounds, but this is not the machine for me. I ended getting a membership at the gym for only 20 bucks a month were their are real ellipticals and Im sweating in no time and doing 45 minutes. I now have my edge trainer listed on Craiglist for sale!!!!! There is absolutely no resistance on this thing!!!

(4 stars) - Title: this box must be filled
Had this for a month now, works pretty good. Only real problem is the on-board computer can be unreliable due to the way it's mounted.
