I sent an email directly to the distributor to address the poor condition of the "NEW" DVD I ordered and obviously the supplier does not care about reorders or customer satisfaction. This has turned me off to any and ALL further purchases from Amazon sites. Second bad product. Fool me once shame on you..fool me twice shame on me

I received an email from the supplier 4 days after the purchase apologizing for not having this product in their distribution center. It's now been several weeks and I still don't have my DVD. I've never had a shipping issue with any other seller on Amazon - I would clearly not choose to purchase anything from this vender again.

I made the order on a Friday night, received the order 4 days later. I am very satisfied with the fast service of this seller. I would recommend this seller to anyone that would prefer fast service!
